Opheim’s hat trick tops Orange’s U10 soccer win

FAIRMONT — Athena Opheim produced a hat trick to help steer the MinuteMan Press Orange to an 8-3 triumph over Car Parts Direct Pink during U10 Fairmont Soccer Association action Wednesday.

Rosalie Urban netted one goal and one assist for Orange, while teammates Delila Tino, Adley Peyman, Ellie Steuer and Amelia Wiederhoeft supplied one score apiece.

Caroli Ramos-Lopez and Kollyns Gerhardt contributed one assist each to the MinuteMan Press’ winning effort.

Julia Reyelts, Emma Pierson and Avery Sundeen netted one goal each for Car Parts Direct.

Hair Etc. Blue 2, City of Lakes Fire Department Red 0 — Logyn Luhmann accounted for all of the game’s scoring in guiding Hair Etc. to the shutout victory over City of Lakes Fire Department during U10 play Wednesday.

Goldfinch Estates Yellow 9, Lawn Solutions Green 1 — Jase Juba scorched the nets with a game-best four goals to steer Goldfinch Estates to an eight-goal win over Green during U10 action on Wednesday.

Adler Pomerenke and Evan Wubbena each generated one goal and one assist for Yellow, while teammates Abel Thompson, Drew Swanson and Laim Hitzemann chipped in one goal apiece.

Axel Rivera tallied Green’s lone goal.

Granada-Huntley-East Chain Drivers Education Blue 1, Seifried Portrait Design Red 0 — Jack Busiahn cashed in Asher Oskerson’s assist for the only goal to propel Blue to a narrow win over Red during U10 play on Wednesday.

Goldfinch Estates Yellow 8, Seifried Portrait Design Red 0 — Evan Wubbena erupted for a game-best four goals to power Goldfinch Estates Yellow to an 8-0 victory over Seifried Portrait Design Red during U10 action Monday.

Drew Swanson contributed two goals and an assist to Yellow’s winning effort, Colin Schultze tallied two scores and Abel Thompson doled out a helper.

Granada-Huntley-East Chain Drivers Education Blue 5, Lawn Solutions Green 0 — Regan Fowler produced one goal and one assist to top a balanced scoring attack in GHEC Drivers Education’s shutout over Lawn Solutions during U10 play on Monday.

Asher Oskerson, Patrick Lockwood, Malachi Hullstrom and Jace Busiahn each contributed one goal to the winning performance.

Hair Etc. Blue 5, Car Parts Direct Pink 1 — Charlee Koenecke tallied two goals to engineer Blue’s four-goal victory over Pink in U10 action on Monday.

Hazel Kawecki, Kiley Deuel and Ellisyn Wurster each supplied goals for Hair Etc. in the win.

Julia Reyelts delivered the only goal for Car Parts.
